On display at Cabbage Rose Quilts & Fabrics, Fort Worth, Texas
This charming image is from American Patchwork and Quilting's Quilt Sampler Spring/Summer 2010.
See that quilt on the far right? That's Papillion by Figtree Quilts. I know, everyone else has had their Figtree moment and moved on but for some reason I have become captivated with Joanna's designs and fabrics.
Especially these....
...and these...
I think I deserve a little treat, don't you?

Very pretty, I definitely think you should go for it! I agree with "Love", the Cabbage Rose is a fabulous quilt shop--they even have a chair in the corner for hubbies!

ReplyDeleteThe Quilt Sampler magazine is my favorite! And it has great ideas in it. You definitely deserve a special treat! I've only been to the Cabbage Rose one time, but would love to go again - what am I talking about? I have just been to a bunch of quilt shops all over the western USA. And I don't need any more fabric.
ReplyDeleteA treat definitely seems in order after seeing all those beautiful photos. Kinda makes me want to treat myself, too...uh oh!
ReplyDeleteYou certainly do deserve a treat - have you ordered it yet??? What plans do you have for the patterns? Have you picked one out yet?
ReplyDeleteI've never been a "follow the herd" sort of person, and firmly believe in doing what makes me happy. I love these fabrics you are loving, but that doesn't really matter. What matters is that you do! : )
