Send Me An Angel


Laurel Hermon's design appeared in Creating Country Threads (Vol 9 No 11). I have made some small changes.

This Christmas Angel will be winging her way to her new home soon. It has been good to make some inroads in my Christmas sewing plans.

Did you know that there are only 8  12 Saturdays until Christmas?

I may have forgotten to include all the Saturdays in November. Sigh. It's no fun being daft!

    Now looking at it that way really does put one in a panic!

    How adorable! One of these days I'm going to make an angel or a doll. I keep seeing such cute ones that other people make, but I just haven't done it yet. Yikes! I always think I'm going to get ready for Christmas early and then it sneaks up on me.

    She is very sweet. I love it when you all start doing those Christmas count downs. We have stress free Christmas' so count downs don't effect us LOL.

    You've got to be kidding! Is Christmas coming earlier this year for some reason? I need more time! In preparing for my garage sale, I did look through my decorations; does that count toward preparation? I should have just decorated while I had it out for that! I may have to postpone Christmas until New Year's! I have to get ready for an Estate sale in November! So much for Christmas sewing/quilting!! Could you send a whole host of angels to help me????? *wink* ---"Love"

    Man, I just get home from Ireland with tons of dirty laundry and you tell me there are only 8 Saturdays to Christmas! Love the angel, she so cute!

    The angel is very cute -- now the tease from your previous post makes sense. Thank goodness we do have lots of Fridays and Sundays and Tuesdays, etc. left, or Christmas would definitely need to be postponed.

    8 Saturdays!!!! Yikes!!!! I just started on the cross stitch ornaments for the grandkids. Been busy getting ready for another craft fair mid Nov. There is just so much to do this time of year. 8 Saturdays!!! Yikes!!!!

    Your angel is adorable and will be loved in her new home.
