it goes something like this

so I drove to the fabric shop to choose some fabric for the setting triangles in my swap quilt.

Browsed the shelves, found something nice and it was reduced.

By the time I drove home, I'd completely changed my mind

Next time I'm just going to sit in the car for 10 minutes

  1. Awww---don't worry! You'll find another use for that fabric! Just go on back to the store and get whatever you want! Have fun doing it too! ---"Love"

  2. Throw it in your stash and then go buy some more! LOL!

  3. I'm the opposite. I walk through the store, touching every fabric, making mental notes of those I like, get tired, forget which ones I wanted, leave frustrated.

  4. You are too funny! Stash it and keep looking - if you liked it to begin with, you'll eventually use it or you can always swap it! Good excuse to visit another shop!

  5. Been there, done that. Just last week, in fact! I agree with others - throw it in the stash and go buy something you like better. You'll use it eventually!

  6. Well, at least you now have a lovely piece of fabric to add to your stash, and it was reduced! I had to laugh as I've done the same thing, to the point that I am often paralyzed when faced with so much lovely fabric!
