trimmings

 


Making the triangle blocks for the Tiffany quilt has left me with decent size trimmings that can be made into 2.5 inch blocks.  Too good to waste that’s for sure.


These in turn made 8 inch star blocks. 10 of them. Not sure what will become of them but something will come to mind I’m sure. Maybe a table runner or table topper? 

Enough distractions. Back to working on the main projects.

    one can never go wrong with stars they always make lovely quilts.

    Good for you, making the blocks with leftovers right away. I've gotten better about sewing that extra seam before trimming, but then they usually end up in a baggie in my stash. It will be a nice complimentary project when you're done.
