All Stations To....
Editor of the British edition of Country Living magazine, Susy Smith, lives with her family in a disused railway station transformed into a fabulous home.
She even has an old telephone box!
Sigh. I could live there tomorrow - which does means Susy and her family would have to move out. I'm sure she wouldn't mind.
How gorgeous is this kitchen!
To see more of Susy's home click on any of the images above.
It's one of my favourite magazines. Makes me want to put on my rose coloured glasses and move to Old Blighty.

You could come live me with me Anne :) Although my house isn't anywhere near as nice ...lol
ReplyDeleteHi Ann, found you through Maree's blog. Those 'Country Magazine' pictures are lovely aren't they? You're not on your own - I think a lot of us over here also dream of living in a place like that:0)
ReplyDeleteAnn we most be so much alike. I love this magazine too. I purschased many of the British magazines when we were designing our home.
ReplyDeleteI could see why you would want to live there. Stunning comes to mind.
When you do-can I visit?
I hope if you are ever our way in the World you will stop here to say hello. I would love to meet you.
I hope to make your hummingbird cake this week. I have not had much time until now.
Can't wait to try it.
Take care Ann.
Hi Ann,
ReplyDeleteThat looks like such a delightful place to live. I wouldn't mind living there either.
Ironic isn't it? This is the only 'lifestyle' magazine I buy (except for the occasional Australian Country Style), and I've hardly missed an edition over the past 15 years.
ReplyDeleteHmmm, Susy does have a house to die for!
And when I come to visit we could have a cuppa at that delightful table in the kitchen...looks pretty good to me!!! Dzintra♥x
ReplyDeleteWe have railway cottages in Ireland, and I love them. That house is gorgeous!
