torpor

When it's 28 degC at 9.00am I don't feel much like sewing but before the sewing room became too unpleasant to work in (no aircon in that room), I put the another side on this quilt.

I still want to add another plain border before it goes away for quilting.

  2. Dang that's hot! But using the time before the room heats up too much is good practice. And before you know it, the closer months will be upon you and you'll be wishing for a little of that summer heat. (I said a LITTLE!)

  3. Ohhh, pretty fabrics! Yep almost too hot to do anything but I hope you can sneak in a bit of sewing when it is cooler. Try to keep cool!

  4. That's a beautiful quilt! Just wait to quilt it until it's a little cooler there. It's crazy here now! 30 degrees, and then by noon the next day, it is 75! I just keep adjusting the thermostat! ---"Love"

  5. Your fabric choice is good. The pattern you have used on one side of the quilt looks amazing. The star pattern that you have used is ideal for larger quilts. Thanks for the post on your recent quilting work.
